STEP ONE: Choose the location on the handlebar where you want
your KRUZER KADDY located. It is best to locate the chrome handlebar clamp on a straight portion of your handlebars, as
the bending process used by the handlebar manufacturers deforms the shape of the bars and may cause the clamp to not fit properly. Be
sure to choose a location that is high enough on the bars to insure clearance between the bottom of the KRUZER KADDY and the
fuel tank. The mounting stud maybe placed either above or below the handlebar. Using the supplied allen wrench, attach
the bracket onto the handle bar.
STEP TWO: Attach the cup to the bracket by placing the grooved bracket tip into
the keyhole located on the side of the cup. Slide the cup down onto the bracket.
STEP THREE: Insert the rubber
grommet into the lower portion for the cup keyhole. This will secure the cup to the mounting stud.
When using
the KRUZER KADDY on 7/8th diameter bars, a split-plastic busing is supplied with each KRUZER KADDY. Spread the bushing apart
and slip it over the 7/8th bar. Then place the handlebar clamp over the plastic bushing and squeeze the two clamp halves together.
The clamp screws may now be tightened and the cup can be attached as per STEP TWO and STEP THREE above. KRUZERPRODUCTS
recommends the use of the rubber grommet to secure the cup to the mounting stud. This will insure that the cup does not dislodge
should you hit a rough pothole or other road obstacle. This is especially true for ATV or off-road riding. Each KRUZER
Kaddy comes with 2 removable insulated liners. The thick liner is for 12oz cans or 16oz water bottles and the thin neoprene
liner is for 20oz soda or water bottles. One liner must be removed for the other to be used.
